How do I report a safety concern or issue during my ride?

Your safety is our top priority. If you encounter any issues or feel unsafe during a ride, you can use the "SOS" button in the app to contact your emergency number, local authorities or WRide's safety team. Additionally, you can report safety concerns and issues to us directly by calling us.

How do I cancel a ride on WRide?

You can cancel a ride before the driver arrives. To cancel a ride, simply tap the "Cancel Ride" button in the app.

How do I request a ride?

Open the WRide app. Enter your start and destination address. Choose your preferred vehicle option and review the fare estimate. Tap "Ride Now" to confirm your booking. Wait for a nearby driver to accept your request. You'll receive driver details, including their name, photo, and vehicle information.

How do I rate and review my driver?

After completing a ride, you'll have the opportunity to rate your driver and provide feedback. Your feedback helps us maintain a high level of service.
